After a successful run for its first drop, Bath & Body Works released the second part of its collaboration with Stranger Things. And dare we say, it’s their spookiest drop yet. The vibe that Bath & Body Works went for was the infamous Upside Down setting from the hit Netflix series. There are many products were inspired by The Demogorgon to season four’s beloved character, Eddie Munson played by British actor Joseph Quinn. Part Two of the ‘Stranger Things’ Collection Is Here!
On July 18th, Bath & Body Works released its first drop for their collaboration with Stranger Things. It was well-received by fans of the Netflix series. The collection featured four candles: Eleven’s Waffles, Argyle’s Pineapple Pizza, Steve’s Scoops, and Hopper’s Coffee. It quickly sold out but the fragrance company shared with fans that more products would be dropping soon.

Now on August 22nd, Bath & Body Works returned with its part two drop of this collaboration. Not only does it feature candles but it has other products like hand soap to hand sanitizer holders. However, the vibe for this drop is a lot more spooky and dark resembling the Upside Down from Stranger Things. Here are part two’s scents and products:
The Upside Down
Of course, Bath & Body Works didn’t miss the chance to name a scent, The Upside Down. This scent smells like a “sinking, creeping feeling that something isn’t quite right,” according to the company’s website. It has fragrance notes of mossy stone, smoky birch trees, and eerie fog. The scent will be available in products like a candle, foaming hand soap, candle holder, nightlight, and hand sanitizer.
The Demogorgon
Now, there’s no Upside Down without having an encounter with a Demogorogon. For this scent, fans will be able to picture themselves walking through a haunted garden with beautiful flowers. There are fragrance notes of black orchid petals, spicy cedarwood, and dark patchouli. You can get this scent in a candle, hand sanitizer holder, and a foaming hand soap.
Eddie’s Leather Jacket
With many who fell in love with Joseph Quinn’s character, Eddie Munson, there’s no surprise that B&BW made a scent dedicated to him. It sounds like a rather unique name but trust us, this scent gives the ultimate rock-and-roll vibes. It has notes of black leather, soft musk, and smoked suede making fans remind them of the smell of a vintage leather jacket. This scent is available in a candle and foaming hand soap. Although we lost Eddie in season four, these products will bring the essence of his soul to our homes.
Also, the homage to Eddie doesn’t end there just yet. B&BW made a ‘Sound-making Stranger Things Cassette Tape‘ that works as a hand sanitizer holder. It plays the Stranger Things theme song and has the words ‘For Eddie’ engraved on the front. It can easily be clipped on a purse, backpack, and other types of bags.

How This Collab Started
Back in July, Bath & Body Works posted cryptic Instagram posts featuring shots of pancakes and coffee. This left followers wondering what these posts could be about. Several clues pointed to a potential collaboration with Stranger Things. One post caption read, “Sunday mornings are for coffee and contemplation ☕️.” Meanwhile, the official Stranger Things Instagram page commented, “our friends at B&BW do not tell lies…”

Immediately, fans were quick to notice and draw conclusions that in fact a Bath & Body Works x Stranger Things collaboration was in the works.
Later on July 17th, Bath & Body Works broke the news that the rumors were *true.* It was confirmed via an Instagram post from the Bath & Body Works page with the caption, “Strange things come to those who wait… Bath & Body Works x Stranger Things has arrived! 🔦 FOUR Limited-Edition 3-Wick Candles dropping tomorrow (7.18) In Stores + Online! *Limited quantities available, so get ‘em before they’re taken!”

There was positive feedback on part one of the collection which led the fragrance company to share that more products were coming soon. On August 22nd, part two of the Stranger Things x Bath & Body Works was released.
