In 2023, the footwear brand collaborated with brands like McDonald’s and beloved characters like Barbie, Barney, and Shrek. Now to kick off the new year, Crocs has announced that they’re collaborating with Hello Kitty, the beloved Sanrio character. And, we’ve got all the details surrounding this new Crocs release and how to snag a pair of your own.
About The Hello Kitty x Crocs Collab
This collaboration comes at just the right time as 2024 is a special year for the Sanrio brand. It is celebrating its 50th anniversary — and what better way than making Hello Kitty-inspired Crocs? The footwear brand is doing just that with these new Crocs.
The Hello Kitty x Crocs collab will feature a classic clog in the color white, which represents Hello Kitty’s skin. For a cute add-on, a red bow charm will be included to symbolize Sanrio’s favorite character’s famous accessory.
The white clog will have kitty ear-like indents just above the bow charm to compare to Hello Kitty’s features. The clog’s bottom sole will come in a sky-blue color and there will be a glossy red heel strap. This can either be pushed back or forward depending on everyone’s comfort level. Hello Kitty’s logo and picture will appear on the interior part of the clog. Also, a small Hello Kitty picture will be seen on the side parts of the red strap.
How to Buy
You won’t have to wait long to snag a pair of these Hello Kitty Crocs. The collaboration is set to be released on January 17th online via crocs.com and released at select retailers.
The clogs will come in three different sizes: infants, kids, and women’s sizing. Pricing of these clogs will start at $50 and will go up to $70 USD.
