10 Fall Makeup Looks to Recreate on Your Own

fall makeup looks ideas

With November in full swing, fall is still very much here — with fall leaves on the floor, cooler weather, and shorter days. Creating an eye-catching makeup look is an enjoyable way to keep celebrating the fall season. From using brown, red, and orange eyeshadows or eyeliners, there are many elements that go behind creating a fall-inspired look. Here are 10 looks that you’re going to want to recreate for the rest of the fall season.

Ombré Leaf Eyeshadow

Play with all the fall colors you can think of: orange, gold, and brown. Use an eyeshadow cat-eye look for the outer corners of your eyes to create a fall leaf “effect.”

Vibrant Fall Foilage

Start with a red eyeshadow shade for your lower lid. Then, go in with a dark shade for the middle and end with a vibrant orange for the upper lid area. All these three colors create ombré and add some different colored leaves near the bridge of your nose. You can create them yourself or buy makeup stickers/stamps as an alternative.

Gold Glitter

Gold is a significant color of the season which is seen on this look. Use a metallic gold eyeshadow shade as the base and add some glitter over it. Also, do a two-colored eyeliner look by using red eyeshadow and black eyeliner. Add some falsies while you’re at it to create a more dramatic look.

Brown & Orange

Besides gold, brown is another popular color of the season. Use this color for your eyeshadow and then grab a yellow eyeliner to fill in the upper lid area.

Ombré Leaf with Eyeliner

Three eyeshadow shades are used in this look: brown, orange, and yellow. Each is used separately on the inner, middle, and outer lid areas of the eye. To tie in the colors, black eyeliner outlines the shades with added curls drawn at the end and front of the lid.

Fall Leaf Branches

This makeup look takes the fall element to the next level. Start off with a red-orange eyeshadow and create a floating red eyeliner look. Use a tiny brush to create an intertwining branch on the red eyeliner to resemble a tree branch. Then, add tiny different-colored fall leaves throughout the eye.

Fall Sunset

You can start off with a gold glitter eyeshadow shade on the lid. Then, fill the outer corner of the eye with a red shade. Finish off with regular black eyeliner.

Simple Fall Look

I created a fall makeup look and shared it on my YouTube channel (see below). I’m a more simple, quick makeup-look kind of gal so I used neutral shades from my Too Faced Pumpkin Slice Second Slice palette and Glamlite x Hershey Kisses Milk Chocolate with Almonds palette. I end the eye area of my look with black eyeliner from e.l.f Cosmetics and used a Rare Beauty Tinted Lip Oil in the shade “Serenity.”

Although Halloween is over, pumpkins are still around in November. A vibrant orange eyeshadow can be used and you can add a glitter shade on the inner part of the lid. Try and draw a tiny pumpkin right by your eyeshadow or purchase a stamp/sticker to use instead.

Gitter Red Ombré

For this last idea, use a red eyeshadow for the entire lid and end with a glitter eyeliner to elevate your look.

Will you be recreating any of these makeup looks?
