Two years since her debut album “SOUR,” Olivia Rodrigo has teased her fans with exciting new music news. This time, she will be releasing a new single titled “Vampire” with a release date of June 30th. Rodrigo made the news official with her single cover art shared through her Instagram page.
On the “Vampire” cover art, it is entirely black and white except for a bright purple bandage plastered on Rodrigo’s neck. Fans are allowed to pre-save the single on Spotify and Apple Music. On Rodrigo’s official store website, fans can also preorder vinyl and CD versions of the single as well.

This music news just comes almost a month after Rodrigo celebrated her album’s two-year anniversary. On May 21st, she shared with her followers via her Instagram post’s caption, “oh man oh man oh man. SOUR turns 2 years old today. no words could ever describe how much this album means to me and how insanely grateful I feel for every blessing it has brought into my life. the new stuff is so so so so so close to being done I pinky promise 💓.”
Fans were also quick to decipher hidden clues of possible new music coming. On her June 1st Instagram post, she wrote “happy june 1” and immediately Livies noticed a calendar in the back of her. The calendar had the date June 30th outlined with a heart. One fan wrote, “what’s june 30? wanna tell us?” with another fan chiming in, “first single of or2 month 😭❤️.”
